Terms of Reservation, Sale and Payment for Electric Vehicles, Scooters and Bicycles at Brijuni National Park

Reservations and payments through the Sport Plus d.o.o. online store (hereinafter referred to as the Website) are available exclusively for renting electric vehicles, electric scooters, and bicycles.
These Terms of Sale and Reservation are subject to the Privacy Policy of Sport Plus d.o.o.

Types of Tickets

Through the Website, users can purchase standard ticket types according to the valid price list defined by the concession holder.
When making a purchase, the user selects the desired types and quantities of tickets and reservations.
The use of purchased tickets is subject to the usage terms of Sport Plus d.o.o., and the period of validity depends on the type of reservation.

Invoice Issuance

In accordance with the Fiscalization Act, the ticket itself is not considered an invoice. An invoice is issued with each ticket and sent to the user's provided email address.
If the user requires an R1 invoice, they must enter all necessary information before confirming the order and payment. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data, as changes are not possible after the purchase.

Print@home Tickets – Download and Use

Print@home is a service for printing tickets purchased via the Website.
Each Print@home ticket contains a unique 1D barcode. One ticket equals one unique barcode.
After completing the purchase, the user is required to print the ticket and bring it when visiting Brijuni. Alternatively, the ticket can be shown on a smartphone.
Printing at Park sales points is not possible.
Upon arrival, the user must scan the ticket at the entrance devices or show it to a Park staff member for validation.
Any copying, distribution, transfer, publishing, or modification of the ticket is strictly prohibited!
If a duplicate ticket appears, entry will be granted only to the first person who scans or presents the ticket at the entrance.
The user is solely responsible for the safe storage and use of the ticket received via email after purchase.
Sport Plus d.o.o. is not responsible for any misuse, duplication, or unauthorized use of a valid and paid Print@home ticket.
In case the ticket is transferred to a third party, these Terms also apply to the new ticket holder. The user is obligated to inform the third party of these Terms.

Cancellation and/or Exchange of Purchased Tickets

All orders and purchases made via the Website are binding and final and cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged for a different ticket type.
The ticket becomes valid upon completion of the purchase process, i.e., upon receipt of the purchase confirmation and issued invoice.
Unused tickets are non-refundable.
